Steve is an accountant and financial planner who serves as one of our elders. He and his wife Sharon are long-time San Diego residents and have 4 adult children. Steve serves the church not only as treasurer, but as a source of wise, grace-filled counsel. Steve & Sharon lead a home group in La Mesa, and care for many who desire counsel. 

Marshall and his wife Janice have been married over 30 years and have six adult children. Originally from Wisconsin, Marshall enjoyed a first career with the U.S. Navy and is now employed as a government contractor. Marshall uses his gifts to help facilitate community through the men's ministry.

Rick and his wife Margie were married in 1983. They have three adult children and two grandchildren. Rick works as a health care executive. He holds an M.A. in Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and an M.B.A. in Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Rick preaches regularly on Sundays, and oversees our music ministry.

Eric serves the members in their personal evangelism by suggesting ideas or resources, and he oversees and leads our outreach courses:  Life Explored and Christianity Explored. 

Jane leads our hospitality team by overseeing Sunday refreshments and facilitating church fellowship contexts like our semi-regular potlucks.

Carmine ensures that many of the administrative aspects of our Sunday services are running smoothly. She also helps to support a number of our ministry teams.
